Brett, the dinner was fantastic. I want to marry the bone marrow flan. But the mushroom tasting was the standout course for us. Just excellent.
I thought this was one of the best food-wine pairings that I have had start to finish. I thought the third course was truly memorable, and an excellent dessert as well-the olive oil ice cream with the almond tuile was devine.
