New York, New York

As of right now, this blog is going to take a different direction.  I will still post some things about work, however I will be using it so friends and family can see how I am doing in New York City.
Yes!  It is official.  On June 9th, I will be moving to New York City to pursue my dream of cooking in the greatest food city in the world.  I am so excited I can hardly contain myself.  I will certainly keep everyone updated.
